Return & Refund Policy

  1. Once registration done, no-way it can be cancelled and registration fee can’t be refunded.
  2. Registration isn’t transferrable at all.
  3. Reunion Organizing Committee isn’t responsible for any personal/ cash/ unauthorized transaction.
  4. Any payment done mistakenly, refund can be done after proper checking by Reunion Organizing Committee. In this regard the decision taken by Reunion Organizing Committee is final.
  5. The purchase of tickets or membership for any event / membership plan through Reunion Organizing Committee online system is final and non-refundable, unless the event is canceled, rescheduled, or substantially altered by the organizer.
  6. In the case of an event being canceled, rescheduled, or substantially altered, the ticket purchaser may receive a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
  7. The ticket purchaser must contact the organizer of the event for any refund or exchange inquiries. The organizer aka Reunion Organizing Committee is solely responsible for any refunds or exchanges.
  8. By purchasing tickets/membership through our online system, you agree to these No Return and Return & Refund Policy terms.
  9. Reunion Organizing Committee reserves the right to take any final decision regarding procedure of total arrangement.
